1996-2009
István Vizner and Fabian Scheffold and have shared a passion for the visionary since first forming their creative partnership over thirteen years ago. What began as doing laid-back projects, developed over the years into a model of fine tuned and well-rehearsed teamwork that utilizes their combined knowledge and experience of over 40 years in the industry. Fusing creativity, photography and graphic-illustration maximizes these two unique creatives‘ abilities into a very strong team at shootings, as well utilizing their post production skills as an effective, complimentary tool. To Fabian and István it is not important who did what -- it‘s more important to clarify the creative goals and provide an atmosphere in which a constructive debate can take place to bring their project to a level that pushes their individual boundaries and exceeds their clients‘ expectations. This ceaseless quest for technical and artistic challenges allowed them to be among the first photographers worldwide using CGI in their artwork.

1996
Got married to Stacie Richardson. Their first daughter Zella was born in 1997, their second Wrai in 2001.

1994
The beginning of the collaboration with Fabian, launching the brand scheffold.vizner

1993
Meets Fabian Scheffold on a freelance job.

1989-94
Freelance work for several agencies and starting his own business as a graphic designer and illustrator.
Autodidactic learning of computer graphics and postproduction. Several travels with the aim to build up a photographic archive, which was used as a work base doing club flyers, collages and photo illustrations.

1991
Winner of the special price for the most creative entry. Ehapa, Germanys biggest publisher for graphic novels.

1988-89
One year traveling in the USA, doing pro bono and photography work.

1986-88
Working for an advertising agency in Zürich as an art director.

1981-1986
Attended Art School Zürich (Kunstgewerbeschule), consisting of one year pre-course and 4 year apprenticeship as graphic designer.
